Workforces Hub is a platform that helps HR teams manage employee data in one place. It allows them to track progress and easily access important details like finances, experience, and more. With everything organized and easy to find, it simplifies HR tasks.

User Persona
I conducted interviews with HRBAs and observed their real-time workflows to understand the emotions involved in the current process.
This led to identifying a key persona: Sarah, a mid-level HR Business Analyst.
Take away from persona
Emma struggles with data accessibility, lacks actionable insights, and faces inefficient workflows. She spends too much time manually analyzing attrition, employee growth, and market trends.
Wireframes
Created concept wireframes and discussed them with stakeholders and HR leaders to align the new approach with business needs and added value.
Multiple iterations were made based on feedback from HRBAs to ensure the final design met their expectations.
Design
Created the visual design for the entire application following branding guidelines. Built an atomic design system to ensure consistency and reusability of components.

Provides a comprehensive analysis of compensation data, including salary benchmarks, pay equity, and performance-based incentives.
